⭐️ HOW TO MAKE SOONDUBU SOUP  ⭐️

  1. Chop up veggies of choice (zucchini, onions) and protein of choice (beef, chicken, pork, seafood) into cubes.
  2. Add 300ml bone broth or vegetable broth into a pot and boil for 5-10mins, then add 1-2 spoons of 'Soondubu Soup Base' and stir.
  3. Add extra tofu, veggies and protein and let it boil on medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Turn the heat to low and crack an egg into the centre of the pot and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. THEN SERVE!

 

☑️ INGREDIENTS: Korean pepper, Paste, Korean pepper powder, Onions, Dark soy sauce, Anchovy sauce, Chili oil, Garlic, Ginger, Sugar, Salt.
