Layered between the light and fluffy vanilla sponge cake are freshly sliced strawberries, strawberry compote and white chocolate flakes. All made in-house by Gary. Rest assured, like all of Gary's cakes, they are not overly sweet. It's definitely an all-time favourite. 

Ingredients: White Chocolate, Strawberry, Lemon Juice, Cornstarch, Vanilla, Flour, Vegetable Oil, Evaporated Milk, Sugar, Eggs, Baking Powder, Cream of Tartar, Whipping Cream, Fresh Mango (Optional)
