Jajang is delicious black bean Base sauce made with diced pork and vegetables. Rich sauce ready to be topped with the addition of any boiled noodles or your favourite type of rice!
This sauce is made with chunjang, which is a kroean-style black bean paste made with fermented wheat flour, soybeans and caramel sauce.
Jajangmyeon is a popular Korean-Chinese dish. Jajang is black bean sauce and myeon means noodle in Korean. Growing up, jajangmyeon was the dish that our parents treated us with on special occasions, such as graduation, exam days, birthdays, etc. It was every child’s favourite food! Still probably is.
This product is READY-TO- EAT. (Noodle or rice is not included)
- Remove the packaging and pour Jajang into a pot until heated.
- You are welcome to stir fry the sauce with even more ingredients such as vegetables, it will bring out a more refreshing taste.
- Make sure the seafood is not overcooked as it can be chewy.
- Cook the noodles in boiling water. Drain and rinse the noodles in cold water. separately. and pour hot Jajang sauce over the noodle.
- If you prefer, you can also serve the soup with steamed rice instead of the noodles.

It was a great addition to our family's meal and great over rice or noodles. Add a fried egg on top and it's perfect.
