Soondae Bokkeum is a spicy stir-fry containing our famous Soondae with assorted vegetables and meats.

Mijoo Soondae is made daily with fresh and wholesome local ingredients packed right here in Port Coquitlam, BC. Our products are sold frozen, packaged in vacuum-sealed food safe bags (BPA free) and ready-to-eat by cooking in boiling water. (See cooking instructions)

 

Product: Contains 1 pack of Soondae Bokkeum (~800 g).
Ingredients: Soondae, cabbage, gochujang (Korean Chili Paste), pork stomach, sweet potato noodles, pears, Korean plum syrup, perilla leaves, sprite, onion, oyster sauce, garlic, Kirin, Korean red chilli pepper powder, dark soy sauce, sugar. (*Nutrition label is missing pork stomach*)


Instructions: Take the vacuum-sealed bag and DO NOT CUT OPEN the vacuum-sealed package. Let the frozen package thaw until soft. Insert the entire vacuum-sealed bag in a boiling pot of water or steamer and cook for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Take the package out and cut open on large plate, mix and serve!

[Packaging container] This is a safe, BPA-free vacuum packaging container for freezing. It is a wrapping paper that can be used in temperatures above 100 degrees Celsius.


[Cooking method]

  1. Let the vacuum-packed stir-fried sundae defrost.
  2. Boil water in a steamer/pot over high heat.
  3. Steam/simmer in a saucepan over medium-high heat for 20 minutes, unvacuum sealed.
  4. Remove the plastic and plate the stir-fried sundae and eat it.
