Shipping Information & Refund Policy
🔴 Order Cancellation & Changes
✅ You can cancel or modify your order only on the same day of purchase.
- Please contact the vendor on the day of the order to request cancellation or changes.
- If the item has already been shipped or is in the shipping preparation process, cancellation/changes may not be possible.
- Contact the vendor directly for any modifications.
✅ Cancellation due to customer change of mind or failure to check vendor shipping/pick-up info will incur a fee.
- E-transfer: No cancellation fee.
- Credit Card: A 5% fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds take 3-5 days (E-transfer), 3-7 days (credit card).
✅ If the product is out of stock or defective, a full refund will be issued without any fees.
🔴 Returns & Exchanges
✅ Returns or exchanges due to change of mind may not be accepted.
- Contact the vendor directly.
- Actual product may differ slightly in color/shape from the images.
- Do not damage or discard the product without vendor agreement.
- Subjective reasons may not be accepted.
✅ Returns or exchanges may not be accepted in the following cases:
- If the product has been used or opened
- If storage instructions were not followed and the product was spoiled
- If recipient info was incorrect, causing delivery issues
- If product value has significantly decreased over time
- If the product is damaged due to the customer’s fault
✅ For returns due to customer's change of mind, all shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Initial shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
